Is your product 100% British?
Yes, our product is 100% British – It’s made from oats grown and processed in the UK.
Is (un)ordinary barista oat drink suitable for vegans?
Yes! Our product is 100% plant-based, which means it’s suitable for vegans.
Does (un)ordinary oat drink need to be refrigerated before opening?
Our product doesn't have to be refrigerated before opening, but once it’s opened it must be refrigerated and consumed within 5 days.
Can I cook with your oat drink?
Absolutely! Our oat drink is versatile in the kitchen and can be used as a replacement for any kind of milk in both cooking and baking. Experiment and let us know what your favourite recipes are!
Is your packaging recyclable?

Is your product made from concentrate?
No, our product is not made from concentrate. That goes against our standard!
Is your product 100% gluten-free?
No. Our product isn’t gluten-free. Even though oats are naturally gluten free, there is still a possibility of cross contamination with other gluten grains during the processing phase. These include: wheat, barley or rye.
Do you add sugar or other sweeteners to your product?
No. We don!t put any sugar or sweeteners to our product. We keep oats the way they're supposed to be and the way nature makes them.
Why do you add the rapeseed oil to your product?
We add some rapeseed oil to our product, because a small amount of fat helps create a smooth and creamy texture. That's why (un)ordinary oat drink is the perfect choice for baristas and coffee lovers. It doesn't split or curdle; you can froth it easily to create smooth micro foam in your cup.

Orders and delivery
How quickly will I receive my order?
Your order will arrive in 2-4 working days*. You will get a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends will be handled on Monday.
*Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, deliveries outside the UK are not available due to Brexit regulations. We will be actively looking for the best solution to get our product delivered to the EU for all to enjoy. Until then, we’ll keep you posted.
